How we got here

Just like everything big is often rooted in a humble beginning, we too have such beginnings. It was about 20 years ago when made our first few steps into the manufacturing of GI pipe nipples and powder coating services under Haresh Steel and Pipe Mfg. With a robust manufacturing infrastructure and a perseverant and highly skilled workforce, we had created a reputation in the market for our quality manufacturing as well as coating services.

In the year 2017, we had planned to create a dedicated enterprise that catered to all of our manufacturing and services related operations this is how Sumeru Enterprise came into being. With the tides of time and currents of market challenges, we too had evolved ourselves into delivering quality that has become a benchmark in the market. We had expanded our operating capabilities by extending the production capacity to 3,00,000 pieces per month with an unparalleled quality and high precision (+/-0.01mm) using some of the most powerful and accurate CNC machines. Through our highly precise machines, we were also able to manufacture BSPT and NPT threads, Pipe Nipples, Aluminum TFO Cops & Bobbins, MS High Tensile Cheese Pipes, Aluminum Cheese Tubes and Yarn Winding Cops of different sizes

Along with the significant evolution in our manufacturing operations, we had also advanced in terms of our effectiveness in delivering satisfaction to our customers through our coating services. We follow modern surface treatment methodologies for Powder Coating. When it comes to quality services, we follow 7-tank cleaning process to make sure that our clients get supreme quality finish. We had created a name for ourselves by becoming one of the leading companies that offered surface coating services in City Gas Distribution projects in India.
